Before joining an MGO one needs to first understand what Irreni Society is not.
- Irreni Society is not a capitalist society. Irreni has no way to pay to join an MGO. If someone is advertising to pay to join an MGO that is not Irreni.
- Irreni Society is not low risk. The Internet where you are reading this gives an impression of low to no risk except paying money.
- Irreni Society is not online dating. One might be think joining an MGO is like signing up for match.com by just posting a picture with a profile.
- Irreni Society is not Linkedin. Irreni Society is not like Linkedin and other resume places looking to match workers with employers.
- MGO formation is not centrally managed. Everyone must take a quest upon themselves to start and join an MGO per the thirty members of the MGO and not by joining a central place like Linkedin or match.com.
Joining an MGO requires everyone to establish their MGO on their own terms with twenty-nine other people.
Irreni Society does provide a social networking service, https://community.irreni.social, for people to use to find each other, share ideas, ask questions, and interactively make plans.
The first quest is to find twenty-nine other people. Only an Irreni managed MGO must have thirty people. Forming an MGO can start with just one person and grow to thirty. Start by first finding one other person and then continuing to find more members.
One way in 2024 of joining an MGO is to start a corporation with a charter to be an MGO. Then start soliciting for others to join your corporation as directors on the board where eventually the board of directors will have thirty people. That corporation will not have employees. Instead that corporation will pool money and resources. That corporation will devise plans to build the MGO campus.
Personally I would form a for-profit corporation so as to enable the company to sell products and make money to fund the MGO. Start a restaurant. Be a Chef. 🙂
As an MGO begins gaining people then create an MGO constitution asap, even for two people. The way to attract people is to create an attractive constitution.
As an MGO begins gaining people then start group training asap, even for just two people. For example, I play World-of-Warcraft, an online MMO game. Warcaft has something called raids that allow 20-40 people to fight as a team. An MGO could require all of its members to create characters on the same Warcraft server and join an MGO’s guild. The MGO could then start training and practicing how to operate as thirty people within the gaming environment. This simulation will also allow MGOs to determine if new people are a good fit by seeing their character perform in a simulated environment first, a game.
The primary concept being put for here is baby-steps. First find one person and become an MGO of size two. Form a corporation and then start soliciting more members. As more members join then start implementing rules and regulations that define the MGO. Further start conducting simulations and role-playing to help determine roles and fit.
What was just suggested is just that, just a suggestion. There are a wide variety of ways in today’s world to go about this. One could start an MGO specific Discord server and mine the Discord community.
If one has exposure to many people in real life one could throw a party.
It really depends on who you are as to how to go about joining an MGO. And that’s the point. Irreni Society is designed with everyone on planet Earth joining. People from places and cultures on all parts of the Earth are included. It is up to those people in their respective cultures and nations to navigate how to start an MGO.
Do not join by having someone else find people for you.
Do not join by paying for some company to find and build the MGO.
Establishing an MGO is like establishing a nation because in a few centuries that is exactly the sovereignty an MGO will have. Today MGOs will have to operate under the sovereigns that exist today. But as hundreds and thousands of MGOs come into existence then collectively they can dissolve local, state and national sovereigns by not needing their services and either ignoring them or removing them by voting that them out of existence.
The future is not revolution. The future is joining together. We need to join together as a people and a planet. When we join together as a single humanity of loosely aligned, independent MGOs where contentious, large population divisions such as nations are discarded.
The sky is the limit!
Just do not join by joining some online service advertising forming MGO services.
Just do not join by paying for some company to do found the MGO.
